Returns

We want you to be happy with your Diamond Daily purchase. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwritten in, undamaged, and in its original condition. Items that show signs of use, writing, damage after delivery, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Diamond Daily is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Minor variations that may occur during the printing or manufacturing process and do not affect the usability or overall quality of the product are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
